Some SkinDogs and a... Cat



Just like the title says, these are just some
random drawings of SkinDogs, a species
I created inspired by the SilentHill creatures,
and by wich I am completetly and totally in
love with. : D <3 Oh, and that should be a
boiled cat. Yeah.. boiled... like.. in a pot
or something...

SKINDOGS! : D



Can you tell how much I love these dogs?!
I'm always drawing them now! xD They're
absolutely gorgeous... :' D
They are creatures that appeared in the OtherWorld
(Silent Hill fans might get this a little bit better.. xD)
once John Macy (a character of mine, inspired by the
awesome Walter Sullivan) started to get involved in the
Silent Hill mystirious cult. I mus twrite an whole journal
about him soon, but for now, let's talk about the doggies
here : D So they are an encarnation of Macy's plushie, one
made by his mother. Since the relationship between himself
and his birth mother was... kinda strange and all, and since
everything gets awfully twisted in the OtherWorld, the SkinDogs
got an extremely grotesque appearance and menacing looks
and groans. The most recogniseable feature and most verstile
tool of the SkinDog are it's meaty, strong lips. They can contract
and curl back above and below the jaws, creating the common
'gnarl position' as pictured above. Also, they are so strong that
they can grab and rip skin if the dog wants. They can also move
in any direction, but the dog usually just moves them up or down.
Now for the teeth, which are another interesting feature...
In the OtherWorld not every creature (if any) is in any way
possible, cientifically and anatomically... 'correct'. The same
happens in SkinDogs. The teeth look like they are made from
random bone fragments that are randomly inserted in both jaws.
This creates an evil-like look to the dogs, whenever they show their
teeth and damn, even I'd be scared to death if I saw one of them
smiling at me. xD Oh, I think I already wrote too much! I'll just stop. xD

I just LOVE the bottom pair of doggies in this page...
The female looks so damn cuuuute! :' D And her mate
is so handsome... : D As for the others, they are just random
head pose practises and different types of injuries that they
might have in the OtehrWorld. : D

One of my dear characters, from the story King's Gates.
I was gonna make a comic of it, but I never got the inspiration.
He's a purebred Irish Setter. : O <3
Seth is the scaredy-cat of the bunch. (yeah, there are moooar. xD)
He's very nervous and is almost always with this surprised look
on his face. I think he'll die of an heart attack. 0__0

~+Random SkinDogs+~

Desc.: This is actually the third in
a series of SkinDogs sketches. But
since I like the other sketches better
I thought I'd start by these. SkinDogs
are a monster created by me obviously
inspired by the current SH monsters.
I like to create my own creatures for
the SH series and I actually have/had
tons of them, but one of the most developed
creatures so far was this one. AND it is still
in development. You can see from this and the
next sketches that they are alike, but never
exactly the same. I love them. Oh, and they
have no eyes. Those are skin markings
like the ones done on cattle. D:

Desc.: I already posted
 this sketch here, but it wasn't
filled with other drawings. xD
Now there are Draegons on it.
Draegons (pronounced 'dragons')
are the dragon-ish form of a Drael.
They can be very different from any
other Drael's. For example, the the
shown Drael's Draegon is Spectrum,
a Draegon made intirely of shadow.
It's head is always being 'rained' on
by little shadow rays. Does it make
sense? Of course not. And being a
cientific-type person myself I hate
magical-like stuff so I don't even
know why I created such a thing.
I like it nonetheless. :>

~+John Macy + Unnamed Drael+~

Title: 'John Macy!'

Desc.: This has got to be one of my
favorite pages of this sketch book. It's
just full of John Macy! xD I love him. I'd
never created such a  complex/well - developed
character like Macy. One of the reasons
he is that way is because he shares
more than 80% of my own personality
and my most repressed thoughts are
slowly being used as the foundations
for building this character. Wow, I can
do metaphores. He's got so much in
common with me that's creepy to
create a new ... character, a new
being based on myself. At the
beginning I didn't even realize what
I was drawing. My hand just moved
on it's own like most of the time, but
this time a 38 year old man appeared.
I felt curious and decided to draw him
once more and again and again until I
realized I was drawing 'myself' but not
necessarily me. It may sound wierd, but
believe me, every artist is a bit nuts. xD
So anyway I think I'm going to write a bit
about him. Oops, I totally neglected my
Drael boy! He's another OC of mine.
He doesn't know Dra or anything, it's
just a random Drael without a name. :o
